The next fire broke out about an hour later in Eagle River. It was possibly caused by a nearby fire pit that had gotten out of control.

A third forest fire was spotted at 2:45 p.m., in Land O'Lakes between Spring Road and County Road B. That may also be related to downed power lines. The fire destroyed two building, but nobody was hurt.
