Antigo boys bowling team takes first place in state competition

ANTIGO, Wis. (WSAW) -- The Antigo boys bowling team took first place in its state competition this weekend in Green Bay.

Antigo defeated Ashwaubenon in the final match to become the Division 2 champions.

The Amherst/Rosholt boys co-op team took fourth place, while their girl's team took third.

Kyle Hintz of Amherst took third place in the boys individual tournament.

Brystal Beyer of Manawa bowled a 205 in her final match to earn the girls individual title.
