WESTON, Wis. (WSAW) -- A 24-year-old Weston man is jailed on $5,000 cash bond after he attempted to meet a person he believed was 15-years-old for sex.
Jason Davis is charged with using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and child enticement.
The person Davis believed he was meeting was an undercover officer, according to court documents.
Davis began communicating with the officer posing a teen in early December. He was arrested Monday.
He's expected to learn March 14 if the case will head to trial.
