EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- An Eau Claire County man has been charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child, two years after the reported incidents took place.
Fifty-three-year-old Robert Schuster of Stanley was given two counts of sexual assault Monday in Eau Claire County Court.
A complaint says the first victim, now, seven years old, accused Schuster of inappropriately touching him back in 2016. Then last month, a second child - now six years old - also reported being touched by Schuster.
Schuster is free on a $10,000 signature bond. He’s due back for an initial appearance Feb. 18.
