Jayme Closs' accused kidnapper in court Wednesday

BARRON, Wis. (WSAW)-- The man accused of kidnapping 13-year-old Jayme Closs, and killing her parents, will be in court Wednesday.

Twenty-one-year-old Jake Patterson will find out if there's enough evidence for his case to head to trial in Barron County court.

He's charged with two counts of murder, one count of kidnapping and one count of armed burglary.

Last month, Closs escaped from a remote cabin where Patterson had been hiding her. She had been missing for nearly three months.
