$4,600 worth of meth seized in Price County drug busts

Phillips, WIS. (WSAW) -- The Phillips Police Chief says $4,600 worth of methamphetamine was seized Saturday as result of a three search warrants that were executed simultaneously on Saturday.

Chief Michael Hauschild says the Price County Sheriff's Department with the assistance of the Phillips Police Department and Park Falls Police Department executed two search warrants in the City of Park Falls and one search warrant in the Township of Worcester.

He says a 30-year-old woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 48-year-old man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and probation violations.

The man was also arrested for maintaining a drug trafficking place. A 37-year-old woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. And a 67-year-old male was arrested for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

Twenty-three grams of methamphetamine was seized.
