UPDATE: Victim identified in deadly Langlade Co. snowmobile, car collision

PARRISH, Wis (WSAW) -- A Merrill woman has been identified as the victim in Saturday's deadly collision between a vehicle and a snowmobile.

According to the Langlade County Sheriff's Office, Jodie Rethaber, 41, was the driver of the snowmobile. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash happened just after 8:20 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of CTH Q and STH 17 in the Town of Parrish.

No other injuries were reported.

The crash investigation is ongoing.
