The SPASH Panthers are a Wisconsin Valley Conference dynasty. SPASH hasn't lost a conference game in more than two years. The panthers have made the state tournament six of the last seven years, but SPASH missed out on back-to-back titles losing in the semifinals last season. That only motivates the Panthers. They're 20-0 so far this season looking to run the table for the first time since 2008.

"We're playing pretty well right now,” said SPASH head coach Tom Drohner. “We've been in this situation before. We've won 18 straight conference championships, I think it is. We have an opportunity to at least clinch a share of a tie in our next game, but the bottom line is that I want to be playing SPASH softball. At the end of the year, I want to be playing our best softball, so we can kind of get it rolling toward the playoffs."

"It feels great to be able to contribute to something that's more than yourself,” said SPASH pitcher/first baseman Andrea Cherney. “We all want that goal of getting that conference championship. Getting through state. Well, getting to state, and then hopefully getting a shot to win it all. It's great to know you can contribute to something like that. Everyone wants the same goal."

"Honestly, it's amazing that we're 18-0 right now, but we push,” said SPASH outfielder Ally Miklesh We crawl pretty much for everything that we deserve."
