Separate reports tonight say that the Green Bay Packers have interviewed two former Indianapolis Colts head coaches, Jim Caldwell and Chuck Pagano, for their head coaching vacancy.
ProFootballTalk.com reports that multiple league sources say that Green Bay recently interviewed Caldwell for the job. Caldwell was at the helm with Indianapolis from 2009-2011, and led the Colts to a Super Bowl appearance in 2010. His most recent head coaching duties came with the Detroit Lions from 2014-17, leading the team to the playoffs twice. He was also the offensive coordinator on the 2012 Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens.
Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that Pagano has also talked with Green Bay about the position. Pagano replaced Caldwell in Indianapolis in 2012, and took the team to the playoffs three straight years from 2012-14. Pagano was let go by Indianapolis at the end of last season.
