Packers start 2019 offseason workouts April 8

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WSAW) -- Due to having a new head coach, the Packers and Matt LaFleur get an extra week of offseason workouts, with an additional voluntary minicamp prior to the draft.

The added minicamp will take place from April 23-25. The Packers will focus solely on strength and conditioning.

The second phase will cover the first three weeks of May and can include individual player instruction and drills, along with group practices, but no offense vs. defense drills are permitted.

OTA workouts will begin on May 20 and go till June 6.

Finally, the mandatory minicamp will be held from June 11-13.

First day: April 8
Voluntary minicamp: April 23-25
OTA workouts: May 20-21, May 23, May 28-29, May 31, June 3-6
Mandatory minicamp: June 11-13
