Hauser brothers to visit Virginia, Michigan State after already visiting Wisconsin

The Hauser brothers have confirmed to multiple reporters that they will visit Virginia this Thursday, then Michigan State on May 14th. The Stevens Point natives have already visited Wisconsin.

The duo confirmed the news to college basketball reporters Jeff Goodman and Jon Rothstein. After announcing their departure from Marquette last month, rumors immediately pinned Virginia and Wisconsin as the two favorites to land the brothers. Michigan State appears to be a new potential landing spot.

Both Hauser brothers will sit for a year at whatever school they transfer to due to NCAA rules, meaning the next time they will be on the court would be the beginning of the 2020-21 season at the earliest.

Sam Hauser was named to the All-Big East second team after scoring just under 15 points per game and shooting 40% from the three point line. Joey Hauser averaged just under 10 PPG and over 5 rebounds per game in his first season playing college basketball.
