The NFL draft is set to begin tonight, and this is one of the most important drafts in recent memory for the Packers.
It is the second draft that general manager Brian Gutekunst will be in charge of, but the first working with new head coach Matt LaFleur. The Packers are looking to add a plethora of young talent to help them improve from a disappointing 6-9-1 record.
The Packers own ten picks, the third most in the league, including two in the first round at #12 and #30 (acquired in a trade with the New Orleans Saints last year).
Green Bay's positional needs would seem to center around the secondary, offensive line, and receiver. However, Gutekunst has said that the team will more than likely take the best player available when they're on the clock instead of zeroing in on a specific position.
