Court documents revealed new details in a misdemeanor neglect case in Wausau.

Twenty-eight-year-old Rebecca Hollman is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of THC, neglecting a child, failing to provide food for an animal and possession of drug paraphernalia following a welfare check Monday.

According to court documents officers found drugs and drug paraphernalia in plain site.

Court documents also state eight puppies were in a gated area with out food and water. Officers report dog feces was located throughout the house including on a child's bed.
