WESTON, Wis. (WSAW) -- The 37-year-old man accused of secretly recording a teen with a hidden camera agreed to the terms of a plea Monday, avoiding a jury trial.
Steven Miller, of Weston, pleaded no contest to possession of child pornography and two counts of capturing an intimate representation. He was found guilty as result. Five other charges were dismissed but will be considering during his sentencing.
According to court documents, one of the videos showed Miller’s face in what they believe was him positioning the camera in a bedroom closet.
A clerical court appearance has been scheduled for Nov. 20.
