Wis. (WSAW) - The flakes wind down this evening then mostly cloudy tonight and chilly with lows in the low teens. Considerable cloudiness on Monday and breezy with highs in the low to mid 20s. A significant winter storm rolls in later Monday night and for Tuesday. The snow could be heavy at times overnight and into the first half of the day on Tuesday. Winds will be brisk, throughout the day and at night, which will lead to blowing and drifting snow. The snow should wind down later Tuesday night into Wednesday. There is the potential of 6-10" of snowfall.
Staying breezy on Wednesday with some sunshine and highs in the 20s. The next opportunity for accumulating snow is Thursday afternoon into Friday night. At the moment, the best bet for the snow would be from Highway 29 on south. However the track of this low probably will change, which means the area that is impacted by the snow will also adjust. Bottom line, stay tuned for updates.
