The snow will gradually taper off early during the overnight hours. However, wind speeds will increase to 10-20 mph, gusting into the 30 mph range. This will lead to blowing snow, and road conditions will still be hazardous through the overnight hours. Temperatures will drop to the single digits below zero, and wind chills will range from -15 to -25.
Dry weather will return tomorrow, but highs will only be in the lower single digits. High wind speeds will continue to lead to frigid wind chills and blowing snow.
Temperatures will climb into the teens for the weekend, and with the exception of flurries to the south on Sunday, it will be mostly dry. Our next chance of accumulating snow will come on Tuesday and continue into Wednesday.
