Lows will fall into the mid teens tonight, and cloud cover will increase. We will have another chance of seeing light snow tomorrow, but accumulation will be fairly minor. An inch or less is expected through central WI, and the northwoods could pick up 1-2''. Some freezing rain could mix in with the snow across central WI. Highs will be around 30°.
Sunshine will return on Friday, though it will be colder. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper teens. The dry and cool conditions will continue into Saturday as well.
A storm system will track across the midwest on Sunday. The track of this storm has shifted farther to the south, decreasing our chances of seeing more heavy snow. As it stands right now, it looks as though areas to the south of Highway 29 have the best chance of seeing light snow accumulation. We'll continue to provide updates on the track of this storm through the end of the week and into the weekend.
