Student Salute: Wausau East SkillsUSA Club

SkillsUSA is a United States career and technical student organization serving more than 395,000 high school, college and middle school students and professional members enrolled in training programs in trade, technical and skilled service occupations, including health occupations.

The Wausau East SkillsUSA club empowers its members to become world-class workers, leaders and responsible American citizens. SkillsUSA improves the quality of our nation's future skilled workforce through the development of Framework skills that include personal, workplace and technical skills grounded in academics.

Ms Elizabeth Kysely (pronounced kiss-lee) is the advisor / coach at Wausau East and competed when she was in high school. Tech Ed Instructor Jake Stachovak is also part of the club.
