Share Your Holidays Upcoming Events

Hundreds of people are expected to turnout Friday evening for the annual Wausau Holiday Parade. Wausau Area Events said its the city's longest running tradition.

NewsChannel 7 will walk the parade route and collect food and monetary donations for our annual fundraiser, Share Your Holidays.

The parade begins at Marathon Park continues down Stewart Avenue, turns at the library onto Jefferson Street and wraps up behind the band shelter on the 400 Block.

The parade begins at 6:30 p.m.

If you'd like to donate to Share Your Holidays, but cannot attend the parade non-perishable food items and monetary donates can be dropped off at the NewsChannel 7 studio, located at 1114 Grand Avenue or any River Valley Bank branch.

NewsChannel 7 staff members will also be out Friday, Dec. 12 collecting food and donations at two area Wagner's Shell Gas Stations. That morning from 6-9 a.m. NewsChannel 7 employees will pump your gas at 3001 Schofield Ave., Schofield, with a donation to Share Your Holidays. The same offer will be made from 4-7 p.m. At the Wagner's Shell, located at 4611 Stewart Ave. in Wausau.
