Semi-truck fire causes major delays on I-39/90 near Janesville

All lanes on I-39/90 in Janesville are back open after a semi truck fire caused major delays on the northbound lanes Thursday night.

Rock County Dispatch said all wreckage has been cleared from the interstate. The fire was at mile market 174, just north of Racine Street. The right Northbound lane was closed for nearly four hours as crews cleared the scene.

The Wisconsin State Patrol confirms that one person was injured in the incident and taken to the hospital. No word on the extent of that person's injuries, nor what caused the fire.
