Wausau, Wis. (WSAW) -- For another year, members of the central Wisconsin community will grab their helmets and ride for muscular dystrophy.

To talk about the event, Bill Mckeever, Spring MDA ride committee member stopped by the NewsChannel 7 studio.
Muscular dystrophy is a hereditary condition marked by progressive weakening and wasting of the muscles.
For its 15th year, Wausau Spring Ride for MDA will be held to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. This year’s event will be hosted by Harley-Davidson of Wausau.
This year’s ride starts Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 9:00 AM and continues through Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 11:30 PM.
Riders of ALL brands are welcome to register & attend.
Paid registration includes: Thursday night kickoff party, Friday motorcycle parade, Fun Run, Saturday ride w/ lunch & live music 3 nights. Riders of ALL brands are welcome to register & attend.
