Former Rhinelander teacher charged with child-sex crime

A 38-year-old Rhinelander woman was charged Monday with two counts related to a child-sex crime. Stephanie Pudlowski is free on $2,000 cash bond.

Pudlowski, a middle school teacher, has resigned from her job, according to the Rhinelander School District.

Court documents state Pudlowski reportedly met the victim during her employment, but no sexual contact occurred on district property.

A judge has given her until June 15 to obtain an attorney.
