Record Donation for 2013 Share Your Holidays
NewsChannel 7 viewers came through in a big way for Share Your Holidays in 2013, donating a record $56,494.06!
That's up more than $10,000 from 2012 and brings the total for all 10-years of the charity to nearly $308,000.
The check was presented to the Neighbor's Place and Salvation Army food pantries during a live presentation on NewsChannel 7 at 5 Friday evening (12/20/13).
In case you'd still like to give, the account will stay open until the end of the year. Donations can be made at all River Valley Bank branches.
Dozens of bags of nonperishable food was also donated to the cause.
