The House of Representatives approved a budget framework Friday, which is the first step in repealing and replacing President Obama's Affordable Care Act.

Many people across the country turned out Saturday to protest the decision, including people in downtown Appleton. Many of the protesters said the potential changes would limit their quality of life including John Engel who is on Medicare.

""It would severely affect my retirement it would restrict my wife and I's lifestyle. We would have to make some drastic cuts to be able to afford the healthcare," said Engel.

However many Republicans disagree, and say Obama Care is hurting more people than helping. Democrats around the country plan to hold a "National Day of Action" Sunday.
