Wisconsin marchers join nationwide March For Science rallies

Hundreds of March for Science rallies sparked across the nation Saturday.

Thousands took to the streets in Madison Saturday. Madison Police estimated about 5,000 people attended the march. Marchers expressed their concern about the Trump Administration's stance on climate change, a theme that's been seen at many of the marches Saturday.

In Marshfield, 425 people took to the streets for the Central Wisconsin March for Science. Afterward, an even bigger crowd attended the education rally to hear from local scientists and state-wide speakers.
