Former Badgers Bronson Koenig and Nigel Hayes went undrafted in Thursday's NBA draft but signw ith teams Friday morning.
Koenig will stay home in Wisconsin with the Milwaukee Bucks.
A two-way deal is expected, where Koenig would play in the NBA summer league, then play in the G-League in Oshkosh with the Wisconsin Herd. He would have the possibility of call-ups to Milwaukee for games needed.
Remember Koenig worked out with the Bucks in May, but didn't make it through the workout, rolling his ankle, but the Bucks still liked Koenig and his athleticism.
Koenig's Badger teammate, Nigel Hayes was signed by the New York Knicks after going undrafted. He will play in the NBA summer league for the Knicks and likely participate in training camp, then the team decides on roster cuts from there.
