WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) -- Wausau west's Brooke Jaworski is a two time defending state champion in both the 200 and 400 meter dashes, she holds the state record in that last event.
Cross country or track and field?
Brooke: "That's a really hard question because I have a passion for both, but I'd say track is definitely my favorite. I've just been in track for as long as I can remember. It has a special place in my heart."
"Definitely the 400 despite it's reputation of being painful. I've just been kind of accustomed to it. It's been like a long journey but I think throughout my hard work it's become one of my best events."
Sport you wish you played?
"Volleyball! That's something I want to try. It's something we play in PE class and it's kind of fun. Some of my best friends play volleyball and it looked really fun. So I'd definitely want to try it sometime."
"Probably mac and cheese. I love a good ol' mac and cheese. it's so simple. After a cold winter day it's always nice to have."
Who would play you in a movie?
"I don't know if I could put a name to the actor but I'd say someone that is obviously my height, understands the struggles of sacrifice and school. Stuff like that, and knows how to work hard."
