First Alert Weather: A chance of snow south Tuesday-Wednesday

WSAW First Alert Weather
By  |

Wis. (WSAW) - Partly cloudy tonight and cool with lows in the upper teens to low 20s. Monday is a little cooler with a mix of sun and clouds. Highs in the low to mid 30s.

The latest on the possible winter storm impacting the Badger State Tuesday into Wednesday is that the track is starting to come together, with the low tracking so far to the south of our area that just about everyone avoids snow whatsoever. Far southern Wisconsin, Iowa, northern Illinois, and lower Michigan are under the gun for the bulk of snowfall with this storm. Instead, there will be plenty of clouds around for Tuesday and Wednesday with highs on Tuesday in the low 30s, slipping to highs in the mid 20s on Wednesday with a brisk northwest wind.

Chilly for Thursday and Friday with more clouds than sun Thursday. High in the upper teens. Intervals of sun and clouds Friday, high again in the upper teens. Next weekend looks to be dry with some sun. Highs Saturday in the mid 20s, rising to the mid 30s next Sunday.
