Organizers for the Wausau-area's gaming convention – Evercon have filed a restraining order against a vendor they said made inappropriate comments while attending the event earlier this month.

2017 EVERCON was held Jan. 6-8 at the Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center in Rothschild.

According to court documents, the petitioner alleged Scott Windorski made four vendors feel uncomfortable and was asked to leave as result.

A Marathon County judge is scheduled to make a ruling on the matter Feb. 3.

Windorski took to social media stating his removal was uncalled for and he would sue for lost wages. Court records show he has not filed a lawsuit.
