ANIWA, Wis. (WSAW) -- It's been over 20 years now, and the Central Wisconsin Military Show is still ready to provide living history and equipment for all to see.
Previously known as the Iola Vintage Military and Gun Show, the Central Wisconsin Military Show was renamed and relocated to Aniwa in Marathon County.
The new event now resides at the state's largest Auto Museum "Motorama" off Hwy 52.
Being in the area for so many years allowed this event to grow into the "Midwest's Premiere and Largest Military Vehicle Show and Swap Meet."
The Central Wisconsin Military Show will feature military vehicles in a vehicle show, military equipment, professional vehicle exhibits, living history encampments, a swap meet, guest speakers and more.
New features this year include vehicle trophies, special awards, pin-up girl contest, cash prizes, and show attendee parties with live music.
Food vendors and on-site camping sites will be available as well.
The Central Wisconsin Military Show will take place at "Motorama" in Aniwa on August 10-August 11 from 8 a.m. till 7 p.m.
