Events and services are being canceled area-wide due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Starting Monday, March 23, the second and third floor of the Wausau City Hall will be inaccessible to the public. If there's something you need, visit the city's website or call the appropriate department. The Clerk’s office will be closed for all payment processing, the only service that will be provided is for in-person early voting. All payments will be accepted online. The city is requesting that registered voters have an absentee ballot mailed to them.

Municipal Court will not be open for in-person service. Police Department lobby will be closed immediately until further notice. Public should call 715-359-4202 for questions or non-emergency related issues.
