KENOSHA, Wis. (WSAW) -- Bond has been set at $1 million for the 15-year-old accused of killing another teen and injuring her mother.

Martice Fuller, of Kenosha, is charged of first-degree intentional homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and armed burglary.

WDJT-TV reports Fuller went to the Juga home May 9 and shot Kaylie Juga, 16, five times. The criminal complaint says Kaylie's mother heard her scream and when she went to find out what was wrong, Fuller pointed a gun at her and shot her in the wrist and chest.

WITI-TV reports Fuller was Kaylie Juga’s ex-boyfriend.

If convicted, Fuller faces life in prison.

He’s expected to learn May 24 if his case will head to trial.
