$2000 Raised In Celebrity Gas Pump for Share Your Holidays

Thank you for the incredible outpouring of generosity during this year's Celebrity Gas Pump for Share Your Holidays! You donated more then $2000 and a whole bunch of food.

More than $800 was raised Friday (12/12/14) morning. That number was $1200 during the evening event.

Members of the NewsChannel 7 staff pumped gas and Wagner Shell gave car washes and coffee for anyone donating money or food to the effort.

If you missed it Friday, you can still drop off non-perishable food or money here at NewsChannel 7 on Grand Avenue in Wausau or at any branch of River Valley Bank.

Your entire donation goes to the Neighbors' Place and Salvation Army. And remember, you're money donations are doubled, thanks to matching grants.

Share Your Holidays runs until Dec. 17.
