WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) -- Governor Scott Walker weighed in on the health care debate Tuesday.

He believes the affordable care act needs to be repealed and replaced. But during a stop in Wausau Tuesday, he reiterated that it needs to be replaced with something better.

"What I've asked Sen. Johnson is help us do the things we've been successful at. We're a top 10 state when it comes to access to healthcare for our citizens. We're a top ten state when it comes to the quality of our healthcare systems. We want to maintain that going forward so we've made a series of suggestions to him to try and alter that bill so that it allows for Wisconsin to do what we've done so well in the past," Governor Walker said.

Walker believes senator Johnson wants to repeal Obamacare, but he's making sure it's replacement ultimately serves the people of Wisconsin.
