Wausau’s Memorial Pool closes due to ‘intentional fecal incident’

WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) - The Wausau & Marathon County Parks, Recreation & Forestry department had to close Memorial Pool Tuesday, June 8.
A department Facebook post says someone illegally entered the pool and spread fecal matter.
The agency is asking anyone with information on the incident to contact their office at (715) 261-1550.
Kaiser Pool remained opened Tuesday.
