Lack of Snow Cancels Antigo Event
(Press Release) Due to lack of adequate snow, the Langlade County Culver’s Trailblazer Challenge scheduled for Saturday & Sunday, February 18 & 19, 2012 in Antigo has been cancelled.
We appreciate the continuing support of local businesses, in particular Culver’s, governmental agencies and land owners who are so cooperative in helping with our effort to bring sled dog racing teams to Antigo.
Although the race is not happening many hours of work were done in preparation. A BIG thank you goes to Steve Wilcenski, Ken Castaldi and LeRoy Schoenrock for the time they spent on the trail.
A message has already been sent to Mother Nature requesting more respect from her for winter sports activities in 2013.
