WPS Sends Crew East to Aid in Relief Efforts

Wisconsin Public Service will send 20 line technicians and three support staff to assist in the restoration efforts on the East Coast.

Crews are coming from several different locations within the WPS service territory.

Crews from Wausau will leave the Wausau Service Center at 6am and the crews from Stevens Point will leave at 6:45am.

According to a WPS spokesperson, they then will meet up with crews from several of our other sites in Sheboygan to drive together out to Connecticut.
