Powers Bluff in Aprin is now Closed for the Season

The latest announcement from the Wood County Park & Forestry Department is sure sign of spring.

The department says Powers Bluff County Park is now closed to all winter activities for the season.

They also say cross country ski trails will remain open, however, they will no longer be groomed.

Wood County Snowmobile trails will be evaluated on a day-by-day basis, but may close at any time. Trails will close at April 1 at 8 a.m.
