A two car crash on Highway 29 near the 120th Ave. exit sent four people to the hospital Saturday afternoon.
The Marathon County Sheriff's Department says Jacob Dennis-Oehling, 19, of Whitewater was traveling westbound on 29 around 3 p.m. when he crossed the median and collided with a vehicle traveling eastbound, that of Paul Werni, 49.
One of the passengers in Dennis-Oehling's car, Michael Borglin, 21, is in critical condition at this time.
Rib Mountain Fire Department responded to the scene. They believe speed and weather conditions were a main factor in the crash.
A mix of rain, snow, and sleet is moving through the central Wisconsin area causing slippery roads.
