The drop in temperature is giving an area ski hill the boost it needs to open one of their runs.
Granite Peak says they'll be open from 9 am to 4 pm on Sunday, November 25. The hill will close the remainder of the week, and will reopen on Saturday, December 1.
Granite Peak is located at 3605 N.Mountain Road in Wausau.
