This week's dryer conditions should allow flood waters to recede in southern Wisconsin.
Storms turned streets in West Allis to rivers Thursday into Friday overnight.
Those flooded streets nearly swallowed several vehicles and homeowners were stranded.
Pedestrians in Milwaukee had a hard time walking through the water.
