Health Insurance Fair

Dec 2, 2014 10am - 2pm

Boys and Girls Club of Wausau
The Health Insurance Marketplace is a new way to find coverage that fits your budget and meets your needs. Whether you're uninsured or just want to explore your choices, the Marketplace will help find coverage that's right for you. Insurance agents will be available, providers will be conducting free heatlh screenings, and Certified Application Counselors will be assisting with enrollment.
If you are looking to enroll in an affordable health insurance plan on the Marketplace, please bring a copy of your income tax return, photo ID, SS Card, and current pay stubs or income information for all members of the household.
For more information, visit healthcare.gov or call Bridge Clinic at 715-848-4884 to speak to a CAC with questions about the enrollment process. Additional upcoming education and enrollment opportunities can be found by calling United Way’s 2-1-1.
