Each year the MREA Energy Fair transforms rural Central Wisconsin into the global hot spot for renewable energy education. The Energy Fair brings over 20,000 people from nearly every state in the U.S. and several countries around the world to learn, connect with others and ready them for action at home. The Energy Fair is the nation's longest running energy education event of its kind.

The Energy Fair features:

Over 275 exhibitors - featuring sustainable living and clean energy products
Over 200 workshops - including introductory level to advanced hands-on education: solar, wind, green building, local sustainable food, and more
Alternative Transportation Show - featuring demonstration vehicles and exhibitors
Green Home Pavilion - emphasizing building and remodeling in a sustainable way
Green Building Demos - displaying sustainable building techniques in action
Sustainable Tables - including workshops, chef demos, and a farmers' market to bring sustainability to your dinner table
Live Auctions - two live auctions featuring plants and shrubs, to PV systems and farm equipment
Inspirational keynotes, lively entertainment, great food, and local beer

Oneida County Fair

Aug 4, 2013 10am - 6pm

Pioneer Park, Rhinelander
Final day of Oneida County Fair. Free admission. Wristband hours are from 12-4pm. UB the Band returns to Family Land. The Johnny Cash Revue will be featured in the Big Top Tent during the afternoon. A Doxie Dash will take place in the Action Arena. Water Wars happens in the afternoon. Raffle winners will be announced. A Craft Show will take place along Oneida Ave. in front of the fairgrounds from 8:30am-3pm. Vendor information available on website.

Oneida County Fair

Aug 3, 2013 10am - 11pm

Pioneer Park, Rhinelander
Free admission. Wristband hours are from 11am-3pm. UB the Band is back in Family Land. TuneSmith Academy will perform in the afternoon. The Ugly Lamp Contest will be judged and grand prize awarded. Garry Wesley, a renowned Elvis impersonator, will perform at the Big Top Tent from 8-11pm.

Oneida County Fair

Free admission. UB the Band is featured in Family Land. A Fish Fry Fundraiser for the fair will be held near the Beverage Tent from 4-7pm with music provided. A Flea Market will take place along Oneida Ave. in front of the fairgrounds from 8:30am-4pm. Vendor information on website.

Oneida County Fair

Pioneer Park, Rhinelander
Opening ceremonies begin at 4:30 pm at the South Gate. Free admission. Check out the animals and exhibits. Wristband hours are from 6-10pm. Gene Shepard returns with an all new Hodag Show at various times during the fair.
