Health Insurance Fair

The Health Insurance Marketplace is a new way to find coverage that fits your budget and meets your needs. Whether you're uninsured or just want to explore your choices, the Marketplace will help find coverage that's right for you. Insurance agents will be available, providers will be conducting free heatlh screenings, and Certified Application Counselors will be assisting with enrollment.
If you are looking to enroll in an affordable health insurance plan on the Marketplace, please bring a copy of your income tax return, photo ID, SS Card, and current pay stubs or income information for all members of the household.

Affordable Care Act

Federally and state-certified Certified Application Counselors (CACs) from Bridge Community Health Clinic will present the most up-to-date information about the Health Insurance Marketplace and what consumers need to know in order to enroll in affordable health insurance. Following the presentation, the CACs will be available to answer questions about the enrollment process.

The 2015 open enrollment period begins on November 15, 2014 and will end on February 15, 2015. During this time, consumers will be able to enroll in a plan on the Marketplace for coverage year 2015. Individuals without health insurance for 2015 will be subject to a penalty of 2% of their household income or $325, whichever is greater.

Adoption Comes Full Circle
