Ben Fischer started as a sports intern in 2008 with the WSAW. Shortly after, Ben spent the next year and a half as a video journalist in the news department. He also spent time helping cover local, state and national sports for the WSAW sports team.

Ben left WSAW in late 2009 to pursue other career endeavors in Madison.

After a close to three year absence, Ben is back as a sports video journalist.

Ben is a 2008 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in Stevens Point. He majored in Communications with an emphasis in Media Technology Studies.

Ben is a native of Antigo, WI.
