Eric began his career in television right here at Newschannel 7 in the Spring of 2007. He served as a Production Assistant and Morning Sports Anchor on Sunrise 7 until Spring of 2008, before leaving to concentrate in academics. He graduated from UWSP in the Spring of 2009 and began his full-time television career as a Sports Reporter/Anchor at KHGI-TV in Kearney, Nebraska. There he covered everything from Huskers Football to auto racing for a year before returning to Newschannel 7 in October of 2009.

Eric is a graduate of Peshtigo High School and is a lifelong sports fanatic and sports memorabilia collector. Also in his spare time, Eric enjoys candle lit dinners, long walks on the beach, poetry and a wide array of romantic comedies.
