Jim Dobbs voted Newschannel 7 Coach of the Year
It's awards time here at Newschannel 7! Jim Dobbs was voted the Newschannel 7 Coach of the Year on Monday.
Dobbs led Athens to a 9-0 regular season record and the school's first conference championship. He was voted Coach of the Year by the other coaches in the Newschannel 7 viewing area. This is the first time Dobbs has received the award in his eight year coaching career.
The 51st Newschannel 7 All-Stars will be revealed this week, with the defense on Tuesday and the offense on Wednesday. Both will be aired during Newschannel 7 at six and ten!
