GOODYEAR, Ariz. (AP) -- Ubaldo Jimenez struck out five in 5 1-3 innings Monday, helping the Indians beat the Milwaukee Brewers 4-2, and told both they will not break camp with the club.
Marco Estrada, returning to the Brewers from the World Baseball Classic, gave up one run, three hits and three walks in 2 1-3 innings. He walked Mark Reynolds with the bases loaded in the first.
"He was getting the ball up in the first inning," manager Ron Roenicke said. "His change ups were all up," Roenicke said. "That's unusual for him. He keeps the ball down pretty good. The second and third innings were pretty good."
Brewers fall to 8-12 during spring training.
