Green Bay Packers linebacker Erik Walden has agreed to a plea deal in a domestic violence case. Walden pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct, Friday in Brown County Court. In exchange, as long as he stays out of trouble for a year, the charges will be removed from his record. If there is an issue, Walden could get 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Walden's live-in-girlfriend told police he became physical with her during an argument Thanksgiving weekend. The girlfriend later changed her story, saying Walden defended himself when she went after him.
According to WLUK-TV, the judge also limited Walden's contact with his then-girlfriend to situations dealing with their children.
