Greenwood is headed to the Division 4 WIAA Baseball championship game after beating Wausaukee 11-1 in 5 innings on Wednesday. They'll face Lake Country Lutheran in the championship game at 9 a.m. on Thursday.
The Indians blew the doors wide open in this one with an 8-run 2nd inning and never looked back.
Booker Bredlau went 2-2, 3 RBI's in the game while Alexander Volovsek was 2-3, 3 runs, 2 RBI's.
Even bigger for the Indians is their ace, Westin Wuethrich, only threw the first inning because they scored 8 runs in the 2nd. So that saves their ace for the championship game on Thursday.
